This workshop is a hands-on introduction to the Chinese tea ceremony and tasting Chinese teas. As we pour & drink at least 3 teas, we will touch upon some of the following topics: tea botany, tea processing, industrial and artisan tea, tea appraising, water, tea wares, pouring technique and tea ceremonies.
